Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment Support children's individual needs through personalised attention and care Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour Organise daily routines, including meal times, play sessions, and rest periods Lead by example in demonstrating management and leadership skills within the classroom setting Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Assist with organising educational outings and activities outside the classroom as required

Skills

Proven experience working with children in childcare, nursery, or early childhood education settings Strong management and leadership abilities to guide young learners effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Childcare qualifications or nursery experience are highly desirable Good organisational skills to manage classroom resources efficiently Passionate about early childhood development with a nurturing approach
