Full-Time Greenwich primary school Start date: September 2025 MPS2 - MPS6 Permanent contract

A primary school in Greenwich are looking for a qualified Nursery teacher (QTS) to join their school on a full-time basis in September

The Role

In this Nursery Teacher role you will take on full-time class teaching responsibility within the Nursery class at the school. Children currently attend the class on a part-time and full-time basis across the week. You will be working within the EYFS teaching team to plan and lead exciting and engaging learning activities, both indoors and outdoors. Children are able to free-flow across the well-resourced indoor and outdoor learning areas and all children attend weekly forest school sessions within the school grounds. Your role will include observations and assessments and completing early learning logs via an online platform.


The school are looking to appoint a qualified primary teacher with experience teaching in a nursery or reception class and a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. The position is offered on a temp to permanent contract.

The school recently moved to a brand-new site and you will enjoy the benefit of new resources and materials in the department. The school is accessible by car and has parking on site. It is also located close mainland rail stations with local bus links. As a 2-form entry site, teachers and teaching assistants within the year group work closely together in planning and assessment for their respective year groups. The school is popular within the local community and there is a culture of working closely with parents. They have a focus on closing the gap for disadvantaged pupils and provide a broad range of extra-curriculum opportunities.
