Staff strive to promote an inclusive, child centred approach to education, where all children enjoy their learning which allows them to thrive and therefore meet their full potential. The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint a nursery teacher to help support them in the set up and delivery of their new school-based nursery from September. The nursery will initially run morning only sessions but potentially look to offer full days after the first year (hence one year initial contract). The successful candidate would teach in the nursery each morning but would also work all day on a Monday to include time for PPA as well as to attend after school staff meetings on a Monday. Applications from early career teachers are warmly welcomed and there is a strong ECT support network as part of the school and also the Trust. In February 2022, the school had a successful Ofsted Section 5 Inspection and is looking to further improve on the strengths and area for improvement from the report.Some of the key phrases from the report;
