Overview

We are currently looking for a

Team Leader

with

Level 3 or above in Early Years

to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organisational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery. Mentor team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement. Maintain clear communication channels among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project progress and challenges. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.

Experience

Proven experience in a management or leadership role within an engineering environment. Strong background in early childhood education or experience working with children is advantageous. Familiarity with childcare practices and nursery experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration. A valid driving licence is required for this position to facilitate travel between sites as necessary.
