Experience
Proven experience in a management or leadership role within an engineering environment.
Strong background in early childhood education or experience working with children is advantageous.
Familiarity with childcare practices and nursery experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.
A valid driving licence is required for this position to facilitate travel between sites as necessary.
