Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Third in Charge to join our dynamic team at Twizzle Tops Day Nurseries. In this role, you will support the management of nursery operations while ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care and education. Your leadership will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment for both children and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of daily nursery operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs. Supervise and mentor nursery staff, promoting a collaborative team environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices through feedback and innovative ideas.

Requirements

Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams. A passion for working with children and fostering their development.
