Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Third in Charge to join our dedicated team at Kinderworld Nursery in the UK. This pivotal role contributes to our mission of nurturing children's development and ensuring they thrive within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily nursery operations to ensure a safe and engaging environment for children. Support the lead nursery manager in implementing educational programs aligned with EYFS standards. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, promoting effective communication. Supervise and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies. Plan and participate in activities that promote children's learning and development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with external agencies when necessary to support children's needs.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong leadership and management skills to guide a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for nurturing children's development and well-being.
