Summary

We are seeking a Training and Quality Lead to join our dedicated team at Richborough Nursery. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained, contributing significantly to our commitment to excellence in early childhood development.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular assessments of staff performance and educational practices. Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement initiatives. Engage with teams to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Analyse feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in nursery operations. Sit in on staff supervisions and work on CPD tracking

Requirements

Proven experience in training delivery within an educational or childcare setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare regulations is essential.
