Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The Nursery Room Leader will oversee the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring that all children receive high-quality care and education. This position requires strong management and leadership skills, as well as a genuine love for working with children.

Duties

Lead and manage the nursery team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care and education. Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the developmental needs of children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children in the nursery. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and wellbeing. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education. Conduct regular assessments of children's development and adapt activities accordingly. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proven management and leadership experience within a childcare setting. Extensive experience working with children, preferably in a nursery environment. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. Ability to drive may be advantageous for transporting children or resources as needed. A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education, with a commitment to fostering children's growth and development.

Pay: 27,500.00 per year
