Key Responsibilities

You will be able to help provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children You are able to provide play based learning opportunities for all children You will be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents and carers You will know when to report issues of concern to a senior team member You have a positive attitude and creative ideas to inspire learning You have good verbal and written communication skills with adults and children You will have great planning and organisation skills You will have a willingness to learn Ensure high levels of interaction with children in order to help extend their learning Support children at mealtimes ensuring these provide a positive social experience for the children Provide support for children who are transitioning to new settings Help children with feeding, changing clothes, nappies, toileting etc
