Join The Mountains Care Home, a specialist service providing dementia and mental health care for older adults in the peaceful Brecon Beacons. We're seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to support our nursing team in delivering safe, dignified care.
Your Role
Support residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility Assist nurses with wound care, pressure relief, catheter care, and vital signs Help with medication (if trained) and record health updates Promote dignity, choice, and comfort at all times Maintain a clean, calm environment and contribute to handovers
What You'll Bring
? Experience in nursing or dementia care (essential)
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
? Calm, compassionate, and reliable nature
? Team player with strong communication skills
