As a Nursing Associate/Assistant Practitioner, you will not only provide essential clinical care but also play a vital role in building trust, offering reassurance, and empowering patients to live as well as possible with their condition.The relationships you develop with patients and families make this role uniquely rewarding We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individual who is committed to delivering excellent standards of care.Essential qualities and skills: Registered Nursing Associate with the NMC or qualified Assistant Practitioner with equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. A compassionate, patient-centred approach with a genuine desire to make a difference in peoples lives.



Ability to work effectively within a team and also use initiative when appropriate. Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety. Willingness to learn and develop in a specialist area.Desirable: Experience within renal or long-term condition management. Previous experience in an outpatient or community healthcare setting.
