Nursing Associate
Job Description
Act as a role model to colleagues, seeking the highest standards of professionalism. Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients. Assess the care needs of individual patients and then and evaluate programmes of care for them. Provide leadership to junior staff in their charge, supervising, monitoring, supporting and educating them in good professional and clinical practices.
Assist in maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring patients individuality and privacy are maintained at all times. Maintain confidentiality Demonstrate effective handover and communication of care Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Trust policies and procedures. Adhere to the NMC code of Professional Conduct.
