About the Role



We are seeking a compassionate and motivated

Nursing Associate

to join our specialist clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly personalised service supporting individuals and couples navigating fertility treatment and pregnancy loss.

The Nursing Associate role bridges the gap between Health Care Support Workers and Registered Midwives/Nurses. You will work closely with our midwives, nurses, healthcare assistants and consultants, to ensure seamless, sensitive, high-quality care and emotional support for patients undergoing fertility treatment, immune therapy, and pregnancy monitoring.

Key Responsibilities



Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to maintain a calm, supportive, and patient-centered clinic environment. Delivering high-quality, compassionate care under the direction of the Clinicians, Registered Midwives/Nurses. Assist Registered Midwives, Nurses, and Clinicians in providing clinical and emotional support to patients experiencing pregnancy loss or fertility treatment. Carry out a range of clinical duties including patient observations, phlebotomy, cannulation, chaperoning during clinics and procedures, administration of IV Intralipids, handling of specimens, and countersigning immune therapy medications following competency-based training. Assisting with administrative tasks such as patient notes preparation, handling of results and answering patient queries via phone or email. Provide clear, empathetic communication and reassurance to patients during what can be an emotionally challenging time. Contribute to accurate record-keeping, confidentiality, and effective coordination of patient care. Adherence to clinic protocols, and high standards of infection control. Participate in patient education sessions, supporting understanding of treatment plans and investigations. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to maintain a compassionate and supportive clinic environment.

About You



We are seeking someone who is:

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

as a

Nursing Associate

. Naturally empathetic, caring, and emotionally resilient. Able to communicate with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining privacy, dignity and respect at all times. Passionate about delivering safe, compassionate care and supporting patients through emotionally complex situations. Keen to develop knowledge and skills within fertility, reproductive medicine, and women's health services.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,500.00-30,500.00 per year
