Job Description
Relevant qualification of Registered Band 4 Nursing Associate All patients should have their needs met through holistic assessments through the planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate treatment planning/ pathways. To work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide a co-ordinated person-centred approach to care. To assist in the provision of the complex assessments for patients with physical health needs such as dysphagia or Epilepsy alongside the learning disability.
