Dovehaven provide a full range of care for residential and nursing needs, for both long term and respite periods.
About The Role
Support clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
Wound care
Holding consultations
Audits
Maintain accurate resident records and care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Help with the administration of medications as directed by medical staff.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
Adhere to health and safety and CQC regulations at all times
Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a nursing associate with NMC pin or a health care assistant qualification to, or in a similar role is essential.
Experience in the private sector
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A compassionate approach to patient care.
