We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Auxiliary to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist nursing staff in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, contributing to a positive resident experience.
Responsibilities
Assist Residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
Help with feeding residents and ensuring they receive adequate nutrition.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in Residents areas, including changing bed linens and tidying up.
Provide emotional support to the Residents
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Empathy and compassion towards residents, demonstrating a commitment to their care.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
