Clinton House is a small, family-run nursing home on the outskirts of Larkhall. We were established in 1992, have 24 beds and Care Inspectorate Grade 4's.

We follow a 'whole home' approach to deliver Dignified, Quality Care. Everyone on our team contributes to our Residents daily life, ensuring it is happy, fulfilling and most of all fun!

We are currently looking for a Cook (full/part time hours available) to join our friendly team and provide home-style meals for 24 residents. This is a rewarding role with regular hours, where your cooking really makes a difference to our Residents lives.

What you'll do:

Prepare and serve traditional, wholesome meals, following 4-week menu plan.

Have a strong understanding of food presentation and portion control.

Cater for various dietary needs (diabetic, soft diets, allergies).

Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well-stocked.

What we're looking for:

Food Hygiene certificate is essential.

Culinary Qualifications i.e. SVQ or City & Guilds (or willing to obtain).

Experience cooking for groups (care, school or catering).

Reliable, organised and able to work independently.

Passionate about food and committed to high standards.
