Nursing Home Manager
to lead our care home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with
CQC regulations
. Lead, support, and develop the care and nursing teams. Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to all residents. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively. Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals. Drive continuous improvement to achieve outstanding CQC ratings.Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid
NMC pin
.CQC Registered
(essential). Minimum of 3years' nursing home management experience
. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proven track record of achieving compliance and high standards of care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
