Job Title: Nurture Teacher

Salary Range: 160 - 230

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school based in Wolverhampton. This secondary school caters to children with SEND, SEMH and autism that promotes student engagement, helping their young people to flourish both academically and personally.
The Head Teacher is looking to take on a driven Nurture Teacher, on a long term basis next academic year. This will lead to a permanent position for the right Nurture Teacher. The successful Nurture Teacher will be working across both Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including exam preparation for GCSEs. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.
The successful Nurture Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Experience teaching within a Nurture based setting
• Experience teaching SEND & SEMH to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Excellent classroom management
