28,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Store Bonuses

Field-Based (Multiple Regions - Flexible by Area)

We're on a mission to take our product to the front counter of every shop in the UK -- and we're hiring motivated, street-smart sales reps to help us make it happen.

This is a high-impact, high-reward field sales role where you'll get full support, great pay, and total control over your success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Visit Off licence/convenience stores: convenience stores, takeaways, gyms, petrol stations, phone shops, pharmacies Introduce the NutriGo brand and get shop owners to place our box on the front counter Explain our risk-free deal -- shopkeepers only make money if they sell Revisit your signed stores regularly to: Make sure the product is tidy and stocked Maintain strong relationships with staff and owners Support sales and encourage reorders

Track your progress every few hours via our field system
What You'll Earn:

32,000 base salary (full-time, permanent role) 8 commission per store sign-up Uncapped commission - sign more than 8 stores/day and your income climbs fast Monthly bonus tiers based on how many sales your signed-up stores make: Bonus bands for 25, 35, and 50+ packs sold/month per store Final bonus structure will be generous and well worth hitting

Daily Expectations:

Minimum 8 store sign-ups per day Work 7 hours a day (your schedule is flexible -- you choose the best times to close deals) Maintain and grow your own store network Weekly follow-ups with shops you've signed to ensure sustained sales
What You Need to Bring:

Natural confidence and people skills Hunger to achieve and earn more Reliable time management and personal discipline (MUST) A car Sales experience required to some degree
