Job Description
Uppingham Surgery is seeking to recruit a NVQ qualified Dispenser to join our dispensary team. We employee a diverse multidisciplinary team looking after 12,700 patients in the beautiful market town of Uppingham, situated just off the A47, we can be reached within an easy commutable distance.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Accurately dispensing and checking dispensed prescriptions Ordering stock and maintaining stock control levels Adhere to practice Standard Operating Procedures DSQS & CQC Compliance Telephone duties Administrative tasks
What we look for in your application:
NVQ Dispensary qualification Experience in a similar role IT skills (Knowledge of SystmOne would be advantageous however full training is provided) Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills; dealing with patients in a conscientious and empathetic manner keeping positive, friendly, and calm Confident and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure Experience of working in a team and using your own initiative Ability to abide by strict confidentiality

Pay: 13.04 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
