We are seeking passionate and skilled Reasoning Tutors to join our team, specialising in Non-Verbal (NVR) and Verbal Reasoning (VR) for

7+, 8+, 11+, and 13+ school entrance exams

.

About the Role

Deliver engaging in-person and online tuition, helping students develop reasoning skills and exam strategies. Support students with problem-solving, pattern recognition, and reasoning questions, adapting explanations to different learning styles. Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them understand mistakes and build confidence. Collaborate with our team to refine teaching materials and approaches. Training and guidance will be provided, so tutors need only prior exposure to reasoning questions and a willingness to learn our curriculum and methods.

What We're Looking For

An experienced and confident Reasoning Tutor who:

Has previous experience teaching VR/NVR questions or similar reasoning problems. Can explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles. Is enthusiastic, patient, and confident in supporting students of varying abilities. Can work both in-person and online, managing sessions effectively.

Requirements

Required:

Strong subject knowledge of Non-Verbal and Verbal Reasoning. Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to students. English fluency. Work authorisation: United Kingdom. Available for in-person sessions in

Fulham, London

, as well as online teaching.

Preferred:

Experience tutoring or teaching reasoning to children. Degree in Maths, Science, Engineering, Education, or a related subject. Minimum 2 years of tutoring/teaching experience. Technically able to work with PowerPoint slides, PDF documents, and Excel.

Schedule

Weekend classes, both in-person at our Fulham centre and online. 1.5-2 hour sessions, which may occasionally run back-to-back.
