AWE is currently recruiting for an experienced O365 Powershell Consultant/Engineer for all tenant and Microsoft 365 stack, technologies including all Power Platform applications and an on-Premises 2016 SharePoint environment to work in the IS division of the business within the Enterprise Applications Team.

The position will offer excellent opportunities to develop & strengthen knowledge of Microsoft 365. SharePoint Site Provisioning, design, and build, including c#, PnP, PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SPFX coupled with strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service and other Service Applications and experience. A demonstrated capability to deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions including BI, Automate, Power Apps with associated design documentation.

Salary - \xc2\xa345,100 - \xc2\xa365,000 per annum

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Administrate and manage the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CofE).
  • Identify, develop, catalogue, deploy and monitor PowerShell for Microsoft 365.
  • Developing and implementing the technical strategic capability for the management and exploitation of information assets for the area of responsibility.
  • Developing the technical strategy for services for area of responsibility, ensuring these align to departmental, functional and company strategies.
  • Develop scalable and intuitive data analytics solutions from top level executive dashboards to complex lower-level reporting
  • Develop suitable underlying data structures to support data analytics requirements
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements, develop the technical solution, functional design and demonstrate appropriateness of solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Integrating Power Platform "low code" solutions into business process maintaining data assurance and legislation.
  • Develop and catalogue PowerShell scripts to deliver effective management, migration, and modernisation of business information.
  • Manage and maintain Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and security solutions using Azure.
  • Establish best practice and design for the implementation of premium connectors and other Microsoft licences in order administer and exploit business information.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player.
  • Design, develop, document, and build Power Applications with associated Automates and Power BI capabilities.
You Will Have:
  • Educated to degree level (Ideally Computer Science - Desirable) or equivalent experience.
  • Able to communicate at all levels the effectively at all levels with exceptional written and oral skills.
  • Understand the full product life cycle, requirements, design, build, test and release
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks, whilst maintaining effective judgment in prioritising and time allocation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft SharePoint and Office programmes
  • Understanding of Information management and Record management principles - Desirable
  • Ensuring service excellence to fulfil customer expectations.
  • Detailed knowledge of Powershell.
  • Detailed knowledge of automation and control, site scripts, azure functions (logic apps) and bot framework - Desirable
