Rhondda Cynon Taf Council Occupational Health team is a multi-disciplinary team operated by Occupational Health Nurses, Occupational Health Physiotherapists, Counsellors, Occupational Health Technician, and administrative support. The team play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of our employees, utilising specialist expertise to deliver clinical assessments and supportive interventions.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate qualified nurse with a keen interest in working collaboratively to support and preserve the health and safety of individuals in work.



The Occupational Health Clinical Nurse Lead will assist the Occupational Health Manager in the effective co-ordination, development, and management of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service. Providing effective management and support to the clinical team ensuring the team achieves its outcomes. The appointed individual will use their clinical skills to assess and support employees through the Occupational Health journey.

This post will require the appointed nurse to work predominantly from the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Unit in Pontypridd, undertaking clinical assessments and supervision of the clinical team. A hybrid working pattern may be discussed with the Occupational Health Manager.
