Occupational Health Clinic Coordinator / Administrator

25,000 - 29,000 (pro rata for part-time)

Full-time preferred | Part-time considered

Edinburgh at least 3 days per week, hybrid considered for other days
The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive
Occupational Health Clinic Coordinator / Administrator
to support the delivery of both
off-site/mobile occupational health services and
clinic-based clinics. This is a varied role requiring strong attention to detail, efficient task management, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate occupational health clinics, including
off-site and mobile clinic delivery
Act as a main point of contact for clinicians, managers, and clients
Build strong working relationships with staff and client organisations
Arrange mobile clinic logistics, including
mobile clinic set-up on client sites
where required
Process referrals and clinic arrangements accurately and efficiently
Send, monitor, and follow up online form links for onboarding and health questionnaires
Booking and monitoring appointments
Maintain clear task lists and manage workloads productively
Support the manager with:
Equipment calibration, records, and compliance
Timely repairs and servicing
Maintain accurate records and systems
Assist with invoicing checks and general accounts administration (desirable)
About You
Experienced in a medical administrative or coordination role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
Skilled and confident working with Word, Excel, digital systems and online forms
Experience in healthcare, preferably occupational health
Invoicing/accounts experience is an advantage
Good resilience, can-do attitude
