"Noble's Hospital is smaller than the hospitals I worked in back in England, which made settling in much easier and far less overwhelming. Life on the Island is also much calmer than what I was used to, and I've found a brilliant work-life balance. I work Monday to Friday and spend my evenings and weekends working out, exploring new bars and restaurants, visiting family and friends, popping into town or heading out for walks and hikes.
