The Opportunity



We are currently looking for a warm, reflective, and motivated

Occupational Therapist to join our team for two days per week

, with strong potential for this to increase as our service continues to grow.

We are particularly interested in therapists based in

Banbury

or

Lincolnshire

, as we are expanding our offer across these areas.

The Role



As an Occupational Therapist at Onyx Therapy, you will:

Deliver high-quality, neuroaffirming OT support aligned with Onyx Therapy's ethos Work collaboratively with schools, families, and other therapists Maintain clear, reflective, and compassionate documentation Engage in supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional growth Contribute ideas and creativity to the development of new programmes, content, and resources

Person Specification



Essential:



Degree in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Compassionate, reflective, and committed to inclusive, neuroaffirming practice Strong written and verbal communication skills Organised and comfortable working flexibly across different settings Alignment with Onyx Therapy's values and approach

Desirable:



Experience working with neurodivergent children, young people, or adults Knowledge of sensory processing, communication differences, or trauma-informed approaches Creative or digital skills for resource design or therapy delivery
