About Us:
Outcomes First Group delivers world-class education across the UK, including Options Autism schools like Underley Gardens (ages 5-19), plus Acorn, Momenta Connect, and Blenheim Schools.
Your Role:
You'll provide tailored OT support to pupils with ASD, SEMH, or trauma backgrounds, working to our OT framework and partnering with education teams. You'll hold an independent caseload, receive clinical supervision, and contribute to staff training.
You'll need:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration & RCOT membership
Experience in OT (education, neurodiversity, SEMH)
Strong clinical skills, report writing, and ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence & car access
Sensory integration interest/training is a plus
