two sites - primary and secondary

About the Role



As the school's Occupational Therapist, you'll play a key part in shaping the therapeutic provision and supporting pupils aged 5-16 who have social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), neurodiverse profiles, or adverse childhood experiences.

Your work will be embedded into the school day, and you will collaborate closely with teachers, leadership and wider therapy staff to ensure pupils can access learning and build confidence, regulation and independence.

Key Responsibilities



Complete assessments and develop individualised therapy plans. Deliver both 1:1 and group occupational therapy interventions across primary and secondary age phases. Work alongside school staff to embed OT strategies into daily routines and the wider curriculum. Support pupils with emotional regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor development and functional skill-building. Contribute to EHCP processes, reporting and reviews.

What We're Looking For



HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist. Experience working with children or young people (school, clinical, NHS, community or private practice experience welcome). A proactive and collaborative approach. Someone who is passionate about working with children who have experienced barriers in education.
