An exciting opportunity has come up for us to recruit an Occupational Therapist at LOROS supporting our inpatient ward caseload. The successful candidate will work 15 hours a week over 2 - 3 days.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced and forward thinking Occupational Therapist to work onsite at LOROS as part of our enablement team; consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistant and Administrator.Clinically responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of bespoke Occupational Therapy intervention to provide timely holistic, palliative care assessments across LOROS this role will work jointly on therapeutic goals and interventions with the Enablement Physiotherapists and Senior Therapy Assistant.
They will participate in the ongoing development of these services, alongside active participation in the provision of education and clinical supervision of staff and students.
You should be innovative and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To be considered you will need to have proven post graduate experience as an Occupational Therapist and registered with the HCPC. Membership to the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and specialist section for Managing Long Term Conditions is desirable.
