Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Gray Healthcare. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals with complex needs achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities

Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' daily living skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding therapy goals and techniques. Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience working with individuals with complex needs is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
