Are you an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist looking to take the next step in your career? South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.

What you can add:

To assess the physical and mental well-being needs, plan, implement, evaluate and monitor care in collaboration with service users, carers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team

To administer medication and have knowledge of contraindications (both physical and mental), and side effects

To ensure appropriate and up-to-date risk assessments and care plans are available for service users attending the clinic

What you'll need:

Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy

HCPC Registration

Experience of working in Mental Health teams in community

UK NHS Experience

Post registration experience in rehabilitation and condition management.
