Must be a qualified Occupational Therapist and with a professional registration with HCPC.
To manage a defined caseload, using evidence based/patient centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
The service is provided in a variety of inpatient and community settings, and you will be required to work across different specialist areas
To regularly supervise Occupational Therapy students on practice placement
To provide leadership for junior staff, as delegated by supervisor.
Supervise Band 5 staff and Occupational therapy assistants where appropriate.
To contribute to the development of the Occupational Therapy Service
To maintain HCPC registration and to continually seek to improve performance through reflection, supervision, and learning.
