We're looking for an
enthusiastic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist
to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation recognised for its person-centred, innovative approach to rehabilitation and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Assess functional abilities and identify individual goals and aspirations.
Design and deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes using innovative techniques and adaptive technology.
Work collaboratively with physiotherapy, nursing, and care teams to deliver holistic, integrated care plans.
Support guests and families to develop strategies that promote independence and participation in daily life.
Contribute to service development, including digital health and technology-assisted care initiatives.
Share knowledge and support colleagues to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

About You
You'll be a qualified Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered) with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll bring creativity, compassion, and a proactive approach to helping people live well with long-term conditions. Experience within neurological or rehabilitation settings is desirable but not essential - full training and support are provided.
