One of Sentra Care's valued partner organisations is expanding their paediatric therapy team and is looking for a qualified, self-motivated Occupational Therapist to join them. The service supports children and families across Norfolk, providing high-quality assessments and interventions for a wide range of needs. While the majority of the work is with local authority clients, the team is actively growing its private client base and welcomes applicants who are commercially aware and value professional autonomy.

About the Role


You will carry a caseload focused primarily on assessment work, with approximately 90 per cent of your time spent delivering assessments and preparing reports. You may also support some short-term therapy or school-based interventions where required.

You will travel within Norfolk for school-based assessments and occasional home visits. The maximum travel time expected is around two hours, with the remainder of your work carried out remotely.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct holistic, evidence-based assessments for children and young people aged 4 to 16 Liaise with schools, families and other professionals to ensure joined-up support Produce high-quality reports to inform EHCPs, therapy plans or further input Advise on service development, training delivery and best practice Maintain accurate, professional records in line with HCPC and RCOT standards

What We're Looking For



Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration Minimum of two years' experience in paediatric occupational therapy Confident in delivering independent assessments and reports Strong communication and case management skills Full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
