We're redefining what's possible in neurological rehabilitation, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (equivalent to Band 5 level) to join our friendly and forward-thinking team in Nottingham.


In this role, you'll work with clients at varying stages of their rehabilitation journey, focusing on restoring function, independence, and quality of life. Our multidisciplinary approach integrates NHS, private, and medicolegal pathways, allowing you to contribute to longer-term, outcome-focused rehabilitation programmes rather than time-limited interventions.

The role:



Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs), providing Occupational Therapy expertise to support comprehensive assessments, care planning, and exceptional care delivery for those in our service. Design and implement personalised and group-based Occupational Therapy programs tailored to individual needs. Play a key role in the efficient functioning of MDTs by performing essential tasks such as liaising with families, attending and documenting CPAs, and taking minutes for meetings. Support the training and development of care staff and other team members, promoting a strong foundation of Occupational Therapy principles within care practices. Actively contribute to the service's therapy team by sharing insights, exchanging information, and collaborating with colleagues. Maintain accurate and thorough records, assisting in the generation of high-quality management reports across the service. Foster and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues, visitors, carers, and members of the MDT to ensure seamless collaboration and care delivery. Keep people safe from any harm and protect their human rights.

About you:




You'll be a motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist, ideally with some experience or a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation. You don't need to be an expert yet we'll support you to build confidence and competence through structured supervision, mentoring, and exposure to complex cases.

HCPC registration Experience within a neurorehabilitation setting would be an advantage Passionate about rehabilitation, recovery, and person-centred care Keen to develop specialist skills in neurorehabilitation within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment A team player with good communication and organisational skills Curious, reflective, and open to learning with a genuine drive to make a difference in people's lives Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
