The role will support a trauma informed approach within the team and rights based inclusive practice. To support use of solution focussed conversations, and goal setting with people as part of a proportionate assessment process.

As a valued leader, you will be providing supervision and clinical oversight to other registered and unregistered staff. You will contribute and lead on service development, policy and process for Occupational Therapy and ensure OT is embedded within the wider Social Care offer.

This post is based within our Prevention Services including Active Recovery, our 6 week reablement service and See and Solve, where all initial referrals are received.
