Southleigh Community is a 27-bedded Hospital, specialises in individuals with complex mental health difficulties or stepping down from secure or acute settings.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable
Occupational Therapist
to join our team!What You'll be Doing
Conduct holistic assessments of service users' functional abilities Develop and implement personalised therapy plans Support individuals in developing life skills, routines, and coping strategies Collaborate with support workers, psychologists, and external professionals Contribute to care planning, reviews, and risk assessments
What You'll Need
Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, autism, or learning disabilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid UK Driving License is desirable but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 42,000.00 per year
