About the Role
Join our in-house clinical team at Orchards Manor School, part of Options Autism, supporting pupils aged 4-16 with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, and SEMH needs. You'll deliver tailored assessments and interventions, hold your own caseload, and work alongside education staff to support pupils' independence and development.
You'll follow OFG's Occupational Therapy framework and receive supervision, clinical support, and CPD opportunities--including a 2,000 training allowance post-probation.
About You
Essential:
Recognised OT degree, HCPC registration, RCOT membership
Strong clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary working experience
Knowledge of trauma-informed and neurodivergent practice
Skilled in OT assessment, planning, and intervention
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Desirable:
3+ years post-qualification
Postgraduate training in Sensory Integration, trauma or sensory attachment
