We are recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Information Contact and Assessment Service.

About the Role:

The role of the Occupational Therapy Assistant will be to:


o Promote and maintain independence for vulnerable and disabled service users, focusing on the assessment for, and provision of, equipment and adaptations.


o Assess the functional needs of service users and their careers in line with relevant legislation and departmental policy.


o Assess and write recommendations for simple major adaptations such as level access showers and stairlifts
