What You'll Do:
Support the planning and delivery of therapeutic, recovery-focused activities
Encourage and motivate service users to develop daily living skills and routines
Assist with assessments and monitor progress in collaboration with the OT
Help create structured, engaging environments that support wellbeing and independence
Contribute ideas to programme development and evaluation
About You:
Previous experience supporting adults with complex or enduring mental health needs
Passionate about recovery, rehabilitation, and meaningful activity
Creative, patient, and proactive in your approach
Team player with strong communication and organisational skills
Eager to contribute to service development and quality improvement
