Occupational Therapy Assistant

to our

newly commissioned, purpose-built mental health nursing home

, designed to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care for adults with enduring mental health conditions Working as part of a fully integrated, on-site

multidisciplinary team

, you'll play a key role in supporting service users' rehabilitation and recovery journeys through purposeful activity, skill-building, and structured routines - all within a modern, therapeutic setting that values creativity, autonomy, and innovation.

What You'll Do:



Support the planning and delivery of therapeutic, recovery-focused activities Encourage and motivate service users to develop daily living skills and routines Assist with assessments and monitor progress in collaboration with the OT Help create structured, engaging environments that support wellbeing and independence Contribute ideas to programme development and evaluation

About You:



Previous experience supporting adults with complex or enduring mental health needs Passionate about recovery, rehabilitation, and meaningful activity Creative, patient, and proactive in your approach Team player with strong communication and organisational skills Eager to contribute to service development and quality improvement

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
