An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our Medicine team at Wexham Park Hospital.

Develop a robust, motivated, and skilled workforce within our medical directorate (specialities include respiratory, cardiology, older persons medicine and others)?



Work closely with the clinical specialist band 7 OT in surgery as a part of the team lead role?



Work with peers to develop a department ready for the future and support of our upcoming colleagues?

To provide excellent, high-quality person-centred clinical care that advocates for patients, strive to provide a service fit for today and the future, develop personal leadership to support clinical growth. The post holder will lead and facilitate the Medical Occupational Therapy Service with key roles in the development of a competent, knowledgeable workforce, equipping them to provide high-quality person-centred and evidenced based care
