This position handles day-to-day service issues within Brokerage. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of brokers to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.
We are seeking a candidate with prior leadership experience--either in a project-based or permanent team-lead role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in international transportation or logistics. Any exposure to international shipping processes is highly valued.

What You'll Do:
Shipment booking and coordination
Communication with carriers and service providers
Acting as the first line of support for clerks and junior team members
Managing daily operations and ensuring continuity of service
General leadership and support for the team
Ensuring clear communication, transparency, and dedication to the role
What You'll Need:
Experience with Cargo Wise (operating system used) Preferred
Prior leadership experience--either in a project-based or permanent team-lead role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in international transportation or logistics
The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-specific, and targeted environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel.
Self-motivation, a well-organised approach, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Experience working with deadlines and a strong attention to detail.
