Job Description

We're also hiring an Organisation Design Lead to focus on the Finance functions within the same enterprise-wide transformation. The role will involve reviewing structures, designing target operating models, and ensuring Finance is set up to provide effective support and control to the business.
Key responsibilities:
Lead organisation design activity across Finance functions, including FP&A, controllership, tax, treasury and shared services.
Review current structures and design future models that balance control, efficiency and business partnership.
Use data and organisational insight to make evidence-based recommendations.
Work alongside senior Finance stakeholders to co-create solutions and deliver agreed changes.
Support governance of role structures, headcount and organisational costs.
What we're looking for:
Significant organisation design experience within Finance functions of large, complex businesses.
Proven ability to shape target operating models and deliver change at scale.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior Finance leaders.
Able to manage ambiguity and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
