Floor Giants is a fast-growing national flooring retailer with 11+ stores and a growing e-commerce channel, alongside our wholesale brand Evergreen Floors. We're investing in Odoo as our core ERP to connect retail, wholesale, warehouse and online into one integrated platform.

The Role

We're looking for an in-house Odoo Developer to own and drive our Odoo ERP roadmap. You'll work with directors and key stakeholders

on-site at our Derby head office

to design, build and improve processes in Odoo, integrate it with other systems, and reduce manual work across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and deliver our Odoo ERP roadmap across multiple companies. Configure and customise Odoo apps (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS, Helpdesk, Website). Design automations and workflows that streamline day-to-day operations. Integrate Odoo with e-commerce, payments and other business systems via APIs. Maintain code quality, documentation and version control (Git). Support users, investigate issues and continuously improve the system.

Essential Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

Odoo development

(custom modules & ORM). Solid

Python

skills and experience with

PostgreSQL

. Good front-end knowledge:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and XML/QWeb templates. Experience with REST/JSON APIs and system integrations. Comfortable on Linux servers and using Git.

Nice to Have

Experience in retail, wholesale, stock or logistics environments. Experience integrating Odoo with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento or similar). Familiarity with Odoo.sh or other deployment pipelines.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
