We are seeking a motivated and strategic thinking OEM Relationship Manager to lead strategic relationships with our manufacturer (OEM) partners.

About the Role:



This role blends account management, consultative sales, and marketing support. Helping OEMs drive customer retention resulting in sales and aftersales growth across their dealer networks.

You'll act as a trusted partner, understanding the challenges OEMs face and guiding them on how to maximise the value of our data-driven marketing solutions. That includes identifying new opportunities, proposing additional products or services, and making sure we're always delivering measurable outcomes for their network.

This role is commercially driven, but success comes through partnership. You'll be helping our OEM clients succeed, and in doing so, growing our relationship and revenue with them.

Key Responsibilities Include:



Own and develop relationships with key OEM clients. Understand their strategies, priorities, and pain points. Aligning our solutions to help achieve their goals. Identify and propose new services, products, or projects that add value and grow the account. Advise how to improve customer retention using our data, insights, and marketing tools. Support dealer networks through strategic guidance, workshops, and best practice sharing. Help OEMs roll out network-wide initiatives that drive loyalty and customer engagement. Spot opportunities for account growth and proactively drive commercial conversations. Prepare proposals, pitches, or business cases that clearly show the benefit to the OEM and their network. Work towards agreed growth targets while maintaining a collaborative, trusted advisor role. Work closely with our data, product, and client services teams to deliver excellent service. Provide client feedback to support product development and innovation. Use data and reporting to highlight opportunities, track outcomes, and demonstrate ROI to clients. Ensure clients understand how our solutions drive performance at both OEM and dealer level.

What We Are Looking For:



Experience working with or in the automotive sector, specifically OEMs or dealer networks. Strong relationship management skills with the confidence to lead commercial discussions. A consultative, value-led sales approach. Focused on long-term partnerships and client success. Comfortable using data and reporting to support recommendations and influence decision-making. Knowledge of sales and aftersales marketing, CRM, customer retention, or loyalty programmes is a plus. Excellent communicator, credible at both senior OEM and dealer level. Proactive, commercially minded, and driven to find opportunities that benefit both the client and our business.
