An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the OEM team at Routeco as an OEM Solutions Consultant, reporting directly to the OEM Solutions Leader. Covering the South West/South East region, we're looking for a dynamic, commercially driven professional who can think strategically and act decisively. You'll play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and winning key OEM opportunities--bringing our OEM strategy to life across a wide range of key OEM accounts.
Working closely with the external sales teams, you'll build strong relationships and manage a robust opportunity pipeline (P2/P1) keeping our CRM buzzing with activity by tracking and communicating progress to help ensure sales targets are met/exceeded. You'll execute the strategy with clarity, energy, focus and passion and collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve cross-functional wins. What you'll do
Drive growth:
Identify, qualify, and win key OEM opportunities, turning strategy into results and profitability.
Own the funnel:
Keep the CRM buzzing with activity, build and manage a strong pipeline of target accounts (P2/P1), tracking and driving opportunities forward at pace and showcasing progress through CRM
Collaborate to win:
Work seamlessly with all internal /external stakeholders on joint opportunities leveraging Routeco's full partner ecosystem to maximise outcomes.
Show your edge
: Sell tailored, value driven business solutions that solve real OEM problems.
Seal the deal:
Secure OEM buy-in with LOIs and MOUs, ensuring long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
Be the trusted advisor
: Earn trusted advisor status by forging deep, value-driven partnerships with OEM customers
Balance & deliver:
Manage priorities in both 'pre'(target) and 'post'(wins) accounts, ensuring no momentum is lost and maximum value is delivered consistently.

What you need to bring to Routeco?

Ideally, ONC (or higher) in Electrical Engineering + solid knowledge of Automation & Control products.
