In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy off sales outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with licensing laws, and strong commercial performance. You will lead by example, motivating your team to deliver outstanding results and maintain the highest standards across all areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store
Manage, train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
Maintain compliance with all licensing, health & safety and company policies
Monitor stock levels, manage orders and minimise waste
Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and local marketing
Handle cash management and end-of-day procedures
Essential Criteria
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or off sales
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of licensing laws and responsible retailing
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
