Evercore's Private Capital Advisory ("PCA") group is a leading secondary market advisor providing independent advice and execution services to private equity sponsors and institutional investors. PCA specializes in delivering liquidity solutions through secondary transactions across private equity, venture capital, credit, real estate, energy, and infrastructure strategies.


Within PCA, the LP-Led team advises limited partners on the sale and structuring of portfolios of private assets, including fund interests, direct and co-investment positions. Our clients include pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, asset managers, and other institutional investors seeking tailored liquidity solutions in the private capital secondary market. Role Description:

Evercore is seeking to hire a highly motivated intern to join its LP-Led Private Capital Advisory team in London for a six-month period, starting as soon as possible. The intern will work alongside analysts and senior team members on active secondary transactions, supporting execution, analysis, and the preparation of client deliverables.

Preferred Profile and Qualifications

Undergraduate / graduate student, or recent graduate Backgrounds in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related disciplines are strongly preferred Prior experience in investment banking, finance or consulting is also seen as a strong plus
