Are you highly organised with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a
Service Administrator
to join our busy head office team in
Didcot
. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to book service appointments and support our technicians with efficient scheduling and admin.
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and online enquiries
Book appointments and process payments
Schedule work for field technicians
Update service records and customer portal
Support the operations and general management team
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
Friendly, professional, and a team player
